It is a complex of bungalows and studios in the famous tourist resort of Playa del Ingles in Gran Canaria. It is surrounded by tropical gardens and features 2 outdoor pools. Playa del Ingles is located just over 10 minutes' walk away, the Yumbo shopping center 300 meters. The bungalows have a private terrace, bedroom, kitchen living room equipped with a refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker and full bathroom. It has a tennis court, table tennis, billiards, mini golf 18 holes and one of the pools is heated in winter. The complex has reception, restaurant, two bars, minigolf and grill area where barbecues and often shows are made for our customers.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
