The basic apartment complex is only 350 m from the sea; public transport links may be found in the surrounding area; It is just a short 600 metre walk to the beach; the sand dune beach is also 1.5 km away. This apartment complex was built in 1988 and renovated in 2000 and comprises of 2 floors with a total of 206 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a 24-hour reception, a small supermarket, a garage and a car park. The apartments are equipped with en suite bathroom facilities, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional fee), a kitchenette, a safe and a balcony or a terrace. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
