Der einfache Apartment-Komplex ist nur 350 m vom Meer entfernt, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Zum Strand sind es ca. 600 m, zum Dünenstrand nur ungefähr 1,5 km.Der 1988 erbaute und im Jahre 2000 renovierte Komplex verfügt auf 2 Stockwerken über insgesamt 206 Apartments. Den Gästen stehen Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt), ein Minimarkt, ein Parkplatz und eine Garage zur Verfügung.Die Apartments haben Bad/WC, Telefon, Satelliten-/Kabel-TV (gegen Gebühr), Kochnische, einen Safe sowie Balkon oder Terrasse.Die Anlage bietet 3 Süßwasserpools und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Pool-Bar sowie Liegestühlen. Entspannen kann man in einer Sauna. Gegen Gebühr kann Tennis oder Billard gespielt werden.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
