This holiday complex is located in a calm, privileged area, near the viewpoint for the dunes of Maspalomas. Various restaurants and shopping centres are situated nearby. This complex is quite tranquil, despite being situated in the centre of Playa del Inglés. In the reception guests will find a safe, currency exchange facilities and services to book excursions and attractions, as well car, bicycle and motorbike hire. In addition, the complex offers Internet access (fees apply), a laundry service, a play area and a car park. There is a security guard on duty at night. All the bungalows come with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with an oven, fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
