Description

Around 1,2 km from a beach lies the hotel Santa Susanna Resort Affiliated by FERGUS. The nearest restaurants and bars can be found within 800 m. The old town is around 1 km away. A supermarket and other shops you reach after around 500 m. To reach the beach a shuttle is provided. The air-conditioned hotel is equipped with a 24h reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, a shop, a jacuzzi, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge. In the outdoor area you will find a garden as well as a pool that is open seasonally (open all year), where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. For children there is also a children's pool. Furthermore, you can relax outdoors on the sun terrace. You can store your luggage in the hotel's storage room. There is also a laundry service available at an additional cost to customers. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
