There are some fantastic golf courses at just a short drive from the property, while Marbella city centre is about 10 km distance. The apartments are tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and come fully-equipped with all the necessary amenities guests would expect in their own homes. Each spacious apartment features an en suite bathroom, a combining living/dining area with a cosy fireplace and a separate bedroom. There is also a lovely terrace, from where guests are able to enjoy great views. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
