This charming property is located in Tenerife's Playa de las Américas resort, within walking distance of the beach and a 15-minute drive from the airport. Just a few kilometers away, guests can explore attractions such as the Barranco del Infierno cliff, Teide National Park, and several charming towns. The complex features an outdoor pool where you can relax and soak up the sun. Decorated in light colors with wooden furnishings, the rooms are equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Please note: Multi-bookings of more than three rooms and stag/hen groups are not permitted. A €150 deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded after inspection of the room/apartment, provided no damages have occurred (within 48 hours of check-out). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
