Description

This apartment complex is located just 400 m from the beach and approximately 1 km from the town centre. The nearest shops are within easy walking distance, just 400 m from the hotel. Girona Airport is some 30 km (30 minutes' drive) from the hotel and Barcelona Airport is an approximately 1-hour drive from the hotel (approximately 90 km). Built in 1998, this 4-storey complex has a lift, a car park and a playground for younger guests. This establishment offers two different types of accommodation. The first features a dining room, a double sofa bed (or 2 extra beds), 1 double room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. The other type of accommodation features an extra double bedroom. The complex has a swimming pool, which is open between 1st June and 15th October (except Ses Illes, which is open between 15th May and 30th September). It also features a garden and a children's playground.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
