Description

These apartments are situated about 700 m from the beach and only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Ciutadella. This small apartment complex opened its doors in 2007 and comprises one 4-storey building. Lift access is provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the open-air car park (fees apply). Each apartment features modern décor and comprises 2 to 3 double rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with views of the garden. Facilities include TV set, fridge, ceramic hob cooker, microwave, tea pot, Italian coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units come as standard. The apartments have a shared outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are self-catering.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
