Bis Playa del Inglés sind es vom Resort aus ca. 6 km, zur Hauptstadt Las Palmas benötigt man etwa 40 Fahrminuten, und Agaete ist etwa 90 Autominuten entfernt. Den Flughafen Gran Canaria erreichen die Gäste nach ungefähr 24 km, und es gibt einen Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Eagle Beach. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
