Além disso, como está situado no Parque Natural de Sintra, designado pela UNESCO como Património Mundial, esta propriedade é o local de férias perfeito tanto para quem quer visitar Sintra e as suas cidades circundantes, como Cascais, Estoril ou Lisboa, mas também para aqueles que procuram o refúgio de umas férias tranquilas. Nas proximidades, os hóspedes encontrarão a praia e lojas locais, bem como restaurantes, cafés, o mercado e uma escola de surf. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
