This establishment is situated by the sea at Praia das Maçãs village, well known for the centenary tramway linking this beautiful place to Sintra town centre. It is also close to Cabo da Roca, the most western point of Europe. Moreover, as it is situated at the Natural Park of Sintra, designated by UNESCO as World Heritage Site, this property is the perfect holiday place both for anyone who wants to visit Sintra and its surrounding towns such as Cascais, Estoril or Lisbon, but also for those who seek the refuge of a peaceful holiday. Nearby guests will find the beach and local shops, as well as restaurants, cafes, the market and a surf school. The complex consists of 16 apartments with sea and mountain views fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabinet and private parking area. The complex also has two oceanic swimming pools with water slide and platform jumps, surrounded by lawns and deck areas. Swimming pools are close from 16 September until 31 May every year.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
