This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location, right by the sea. Es Caló d'es Moro beach is around 150 m away and Cala Grassio is just 300 m from the hotel. The lively San Antonio is located 1 km from the hotel and Ibiza is around 16 kilometres from the hotel. This complex has a total of 33 Suites and 3 studios over 3 floors. Guests are offered a welcoming lobby with lifts, a currency exchange desk and reception which is open 24-hours. Furthermore, the hotel includes a café, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and offers free wifi in public areas, currency exchange service and rental cars and motorbikes. There is also a place to grill on the terrace. the complex features an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. It is also possible to play a game of table tennis or billiards (fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
