This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful seaside location. Es Caló d'es Moro beach is about 150 meters away, and Cala Gració is just 300 meters from the hotel. The lively town of San Antonio is 1 kilometer away, and Ibiza Town is approximately 16 kilometers from the hotel. The three-story complex offers 33 suites and 3 studios. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with elevators, a 24-hour reception, and a currency exchange desk. Amenities include a café, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, free Wi-Fi in public areas, currency exchange services, and car and motorbike rentals. Guests can also enjoy grilling on the terrace. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
