Situated directly beside the beach, this complex is only 20 m from Clot de sa Cera, the cliffs that are loved by many bathers and divers. The beaches of Santandria and Cala Blanca can be found about 800 m away. The residence is just 4 km from the centre of Ciudadela and about 50 km to Menorca airport. The hotel comprises a total of 19 apartments, spread across 2 floors. The accommodations all feature either a balcony or terrace and offer sea or garden views. The cosy lounge comes with a sofa bed, and all units feature satellite/ cable TV and tea and coffee making facilities as standard. The swimming pool will be enjoyed by both children and adults, as it additionaly has a separate children's paddling area.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
