Está ubicado en la zona norte de Póvoa de Varzim, en un lugar tranquilo con un pequeño jardín, a solo 3 minutos en coche de la autopista y a 10 minutos andando de la playa con bandera azul. Se encuentra en una calle sin salida a 100 metros de la carretera nacional y a solo 2 minutos a pie de varios restaurantes. Tiene una parada de autobús y un supermercado Lidl a solo 2 minutos a pie y el Centro de Congresos a 2 minutos en coche.
