It is located in the northern part of Póvoa de Varzim, in a quiet place with a small garden, just a 3 minute drive from the motorway and 10 minutes' walk from the blue flag beach. It's a dead end street 100 meters from the national highway and only 2 minutes walk to several restaurants. It has bus and Lidl supermarket only 2 minutes walk and Congress Centre 2 minutes by car.
