Está localizado na zona norte de Póvoa de Varzim, num local tranquilo com um pequeno jardim, a apenas 3 minutos de carro da autoestrada e a 10 minutos a pé da praia com bandeira azul. É uma rua sem saída a 100 metros da estrada nacional e apenas a 2 minutos a pé de vários restaurantes. Tem autocarro e supermercado Lidl a apenas 2 minutos a pé e o Centro de Congressos a 2 minutos de carro.
