Os apartamentos situam-se em Bahia, apenas a cerca de 50 m da praia em Mazarrón. O centro comercial da cidade fica a cerca de 1,5 km. Até ao aeroporto de Múrcia são cerca de 59 km e até ao aeroporto de Alicante aproximadamente 142 km. O complexo inaugurado em 2005 contempla 5 andares e um elevador. Existe estacionamento em parque. Os apartamentos contemplam 2 quartos com 2 camas, uma sala de estar/jantar com sofá-cama para uma pessoa e uma casa de banho. As comodidades incluem televisão, máquina de café, lavandaria, roupa de cama, toalha de mesa, toalhas e varanda. A cozinha dispõe de talheres, loiça, copos, frigorífico, cafeteira e microondas. Na área exterior encontra-se uma piscina e um tanque para crianças.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
