Description

These apartments are situated in Bahia and lie just 50 m from the sandy beach in Mazarrón. The commercial district lies 1.5 km from the hotel. Murica airport is 59 km away and Alicante airport is roughly 142 km away. Opened in 2005, this complex comprises a total of 5 floors and a lift. A car park is available to guests arriving by car. The apartments each come with two bedrooms, each with two beds, a living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 1 person) and a bathroom. Furthermore, a washing machine, linen, bed linen, tablecloths, hand towels and a balcony are also included in the apartments. The kitchen features cutlery, crockery, glasses, a fridge, a central gas kettle and a microwave. There is a swimming pool with a children's pool in the outdoor complex.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
