This affordable establishment enjoys a convenient location in the popular touristic resort of Magaluf, just 17 kilometres from Palma. Visitors will find themselves within ease of access to numerous restaurants, bars, discos and numerous entertainment venues such as a waterpark located 2.2 kilometres away. This 9-storey building offers ample and well-lit studios and apartments, all of them feature a well-equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. Each of the units is tastefully appointed featuring a combination of soothing and warm tones to create a welcoming atmosphere in which to completely unwind after all day spent on the beach. Some of the rooms boast magnificent views over the sea. Guests may have an invigorating plunge in the outdoor pool or relax on the sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Patrons may find vending machines on the premises.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
