Solar da Bica is a cosy and quiet agro tourism house, nestled at the magic and idyllic São Vicente valley, in the Madeira Island. Located in an area with one unique view over the valley, it offers unforgettable landscapes through the breathtaking scenario of the mountains, including the exuberant vegetation of the Laurissilva Forest. The property results from the reconstruction, adaptation and preservation of the traditional typology of two century-old houses. Although it preserves many of the original elements, the Solar da Bica was adapted with modern infrastructures, of which are worth mention the indoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, the panoramic garden and the biological vegetable-garden where many of our breakfast products come from. There is no restaurant at Solar da Bica. For our privileged location, to better explore the island, and to drive to local restaurants and sample our delicious cuisine, a car is recommended. Madeira Airport is 45 km away.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
