Das Landhaus liegt an der Nordküste der Insel, zwischen Sao Vincente und Santana, rund 50 km von Funchal entfernt. Es ist ein toller Ort, um die Natur zu genießen, wandern zu gehen oder einfach nur, um auszuspannen. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 40 km. Das Landhaus wurde 1974 von den heutigen Besitzern gekauft und war im Laufe der Jahrhunderte verschieden genutzt worden, als Schulhaus, Apotheke und Gesundheitszentrum. Es wurde sorgsam restauriert und an das Hotelgewerbe angepasst, dabei sind die ursprünglichen Strukturen eines Herrenhauses auf Madeira erhalten geblieben. Es bietet 30 Zimmer im Herrenhaus und im neuen Flügel, der im Stil der Architektur der Zeit gebaut und gestaltet wurde. Das Interieur des Landhauses bietet modernes Design und Komfort. Die Gäste werden in einem Empfangsbereich begrüßt und können im TV-Raum ausspannen. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
