Este encantador hotel familiar situa-se dentro das muradas do Castelo de São Jorge, no centro da zona histórica de Lisboa. Os hóspedes encontrarão pubs, autocarros e estações de metro e a Casa dos Bicos em alguns minutos a pé. O Mosteiro dos Jerónimos e a Torre de Belém localizam-se a aproximadamente 5 km e o Museu Nacional da Arte Antiga fica a cerca de 3 km de distância. Até ao aeroporto da Portela, em Lisboa, são aproximadamente 9 km. Este hotel é uma pequena mansão construída dentro das muralhas do Castelo de São Jorge, onde se situava o antigo Palácio Alcáçova.
