Este complexo turístico situa-se na pequena localidade de São José, a meio caminho de Sa Talaia, a maior montanha da ilha. Nesta parte da ilha os hóspedes encontrarão uma atmosfera descontraída e uma maravilhosa vista para o mar. A praia mais próxima fica a cerca de 50 m do complexo. É possível alcançar cidade de Ibiza e San António em apenas 15 minutos de automóvel. O complexo de apartamentos foi construído em 1986 e renovado em 2004. Dispõe de 48 estúdios distribuídos por 2 andares, um jardim de 300 m², bem como de um restaurante climatizado e serviço de lavandaria. Os estúdios compreendem uma casa de banho, kitchenete, frigorífico, cofre de aluguer, telefone, televisão via satélite, sofá e varanda. Na sofisticada área exterior encontra-se uma piscina e um terraço. As imediações do hotel incluem ainda corte de ténis.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
