Description

The agroturismo enjoys a privileged location situated in one of the most attractive areas of Mallorca. It is situated in the district of Alcudia and very close to Pollensa, the nearest town being Port of Pollensa, only 8 km away. Part of the landscape is integrated into the Tramuntana Mountains. Also very near to Sa Pobla and the marinas of Pollensa and Alcudia. The finca dates back to the XVIII century, year 1784. It has a great architectural value. In the restoration all the original materials were preserved as well as the original flavour of the Mallorcan fincas. The agroturismo is the result of the refurbishment of an ancient agricultural and cattle farm. Nowadays these activities are still carried out on the farm.. The Hotel is very familiar and quiet. Its location on the slope of a mountain offers priviledge views.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
