Links to the public transport network can be found just a 3-minute walk away, and the beach is about 500 metres away. Lanzarote Airport is about 12 km from the complex. Renovated in 2008, this lovely, small complex features 11 bright and modern apartments with all the necessary facilities. The complex is not suitable for disabled persons; stairs must be taken to reach the entrance. 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom, café, bar, laundry service (fees apply), car park, children's playground and kids' club (open during school holidays) are located in the neighbouring complex, Apartamentos Aguazul. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
