Das familienfreundliche Strandhotel liegt im Norden Mallorcas, in Ca'n Picafort, an einem feinen Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. In der Gegend gibt es verschiedene Bars, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Nachtclubs. Bis zum Flughafen Palma de Mallorca sind es etwa 55 km.Das klimatisierte Hotel ist in einem 9-geschossigen Gebäude, geteilt von einer kleinen Straße, untergebracht und biette einen Swimmingpool. Das klimatisierte Haus verfügt über insgesamt 84 Zimmer, deren Gäste in der Empfangshalle mit 24h-Rezeption, Wechselstube und Aufzug begrüßt werden. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
