This detached villa complex is located in a quiet area in Playa Blanca, about 2 km from the beach and village, where the main entertainment and commercial venues, including restaurants, bars and shops, are located. Lanzarote Airport is 37 km away. Facilities at this finca include air conditioning, a hotel safe as well as wired and wireless Internet access (both for additional fees). Guests can also dine in the onsite restaurant. The villas have private parking. Each villa has spacious bedrooms and a living room with an indoor garden that offers wonderful views of the pool. Each also has wireless Internet access, air conditioning throughout the house and a heat pump (for a surcharge). All are en suite with a shower and bath. A double bed, satellite/cable TV, a safe, washing machine, ironing set, terrace and a large garden also come as standard. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
