The apartment complex is situated close to the town centre of Maspalomas and its many bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is just 600 m from links to the public transport network and about 2.5 km from the nearest beach. Built in 1991, this complex comprises a total of 42 studios/ apartments and various facilities including a reception, a car park and a bar. The apartments come with a combined living/ bedroom, a bathroom or shower/WC, a kitchenette, a minibar/fridge and a safe. A TV is available upon payment of an additional fee. There is a freshwater swimming pool in the outdoor complex. Use of a solarium is available upon payment of an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
