Description

Sunset Harbour Club is located in Tenerife´s Costa Adeje, just a few minutes from the shops, restaurants, and exciting nightlife of Playa de las Americas. The resort is built in typical Andalusian style set in tropical gardens, around two outdoor pools. The air-conditioned apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony. Satellite TV provided. On-site facilities include a snack bar, a jacuzzi and a children's play area with a paddle pool. Las Américas Golf Course is just a short drive away. Siam Park and Mount Teide National Park are main nearby attractions. POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment on check-in. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
