Description

The apartment complex lies around 150 m from the beach in a peaceful area of San Augustin. The beach promenade, San Augustin with Playa del Inglés is just a stone's throw from the complex and many public transport links are found in the surrounding area. Renovated in 2000, this complex consists of 33 apartments/ studios in total and a 300 m² garden. Guests are invited to make use of the air-conditioned restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access (for an added fee) as well as room and laundry services. The studios and apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a kitchenette, a hire safe, a minibar/ fridge, Internet access, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony or a terrace. There is also a separate bedroom in the two apartments. The complex offers a freshwater swimming pool as well as a sun terrace. The nearest golf course lies about 5 km away

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
