THB El Cid es un hotel solo para adultos en primera línea de Playa de Palma. Situado a pie de playa, el hotel se encuentra muy bien comunicado a tan solo 5 km del aeropuerto y a pocos minutos en coche de Palma capital. Nuestros clientes tienen la recepción 24 horas a su disposición y disfrutan de wifi gratuito en todo el establecimiento. Las habitaciones están reformadas y la mayoría ofrece vista al mar. El hotel atesora 2 piscinas al aire libre: la piscina principal junto al paseo marítimo con impresionantes vistas al mar y la piscina “El Molino” situada una zona más reservada en la parte trasera del hotel con Poolbar a la carta y camas balinesas. Cuenta con restaurante buffet, bar salón y zona wellness equipada con piscina climatizada, sauna y baño turco. Sala de masajes con diferentes tipos de tratamientos (de pago). - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
