Description

This bungalow complex is located in a quiet area with large tropical gardens, approximately 800 meters from Maspalomas Beach and the Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve. Gran Canaria Airport is about 35 km away. Renovated in 2008, the complex offers 34 bungalows, a cozy café, a restaurant, and parking. Each interconnecting bungalow features a terrace and private garden with views of the common gardens or swimming pools. A poolside snack bar offers refreshments, and the sun terrace with loungers and parasols provides a comfortable place to relax. A golf course is about 1 km from the complex. A €200 deposit is required upon arrival and refunded at check-out after a room inspection. Reception is not open 24 hours; guests should contact the hotel before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
