Os apartamentos estão distribuídos por três tipologias: Estúdio, T1 e T2 em Dúplex, alguns apartamentos possuem uma generosa varanda. O Plaza Real tem uma excelente piscina para adultos, uma piscina de crianças, um parque infantil e um mini-campo de ténis. Este alojamento fica a aproximadamente a 10 minutos a pé da praia. O centro da cidade de Portimão, Marina de Portimão e Praia da Rocha estão a 3 minutos de carro. A Estação Ferroviária de Portimão encontra-se a 3 km do Plaza Real. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
