This beachfront hotel, situated in the heart of Playa de Palma, Majorca, offers convenient access to vibrant entertainment, diverse dining, and plentiful shopping, just 300 meters from the beach. Transportation is readily available, with a bus stop merely 200 meters away, providing easy connections to Palma city and the airport, both a short ride away. The hotel's bright, functional rooms feature simple decor, air conditioning, TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi and safe, and private bathrooms with hairdryers and magnifying mirrors. Most rooms also include a balcony or terrace. Guests can enjoy snacks, sandwiches, and cold drinks at the 24-hour bistro. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
