Este hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la Plaza del Charco y con vistas al imponente Teide. Desde el balcón de las bien equipadas habitaciones, los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de vistas panorámicas del Teide, el pico más alto de España. Cada habitación cuenta con wifi gratis y TV HD de pantalla plana. Quienes deseen realizar una excursión por el impresionante paisaje montañoso pueden tomar los autobuses turísticos que salen de la cercana estación de autobuses. El zoológico y parque temático marino Loro Parque, así como las piscinas de agua salada del Lago Martiánez, se encuentran a poca distancia a pie del hotel. Hay una terraza con tumbonas y sombrillas para que los huéspedes se relajen, y los aficionados al golf pueden dirigirse al campo de golf de Buenavista, a 40 minutos en coche del hotel.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
