Der Apartmentkomplex liegt im Erholungsgebiet von Puerto de la Cruz, nur wenige Schritte von dem Lava-Sandstrand Playa Jardin und nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt und dem Touristenzentrum entfernt. Der Flughafen Los Rodeos ist ca. 25km entfernt, während es bis zum Flughafen Reina Sofia etwa 100km sind. Der Hotelkomplex verfügt über insgesamt 180 Apartments 14 Etagen. Den Gästen steht ein Café, ein kleiner Supermarkt, diverse Geschäfte, ein Internet-Point, eine Bar und ein Wäscheservice zur Verfügung. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
