O hotel tem uma excelente localização em Puerto de la Cruz, perto da Playa Jardín e a 10 minutos do centro da cidade. O aeroporto fica a cerca de 25 minutos de carro do complexo. Se preferirem, podem ficar e desfrutar da maravilhosa área da piscina exterior, descansar e tomar sol à beira da piscina ou dar um mergulho refrescante. Os quartos estão perfeitamente equipados com todas as comodidades essenciais necessárias para uma estadia agradável e memorável. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
