The apartment complex is to be found in the centre of Playa del Inglés close to links to the public transport network (roughly 25 m away). A selection of shops is to be found in Yumbo Shopping Centre (approximately 50 m away). A range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all located around 50 m from the hotel. A beach lies just 900 m away and can easily be reached on foot. Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex comprises a total of 65 apartments over 6 floors. Guests are welcomed in an inviting lobby, where they are able to exchange money, and a lift is also available. The functional yet cosy apartments each come with a private bathroom with a bath, a combined living/ bedroom and a separate bedroom. All rooms also include a balcony or terrace as standard. There is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool in the outdoor complex. Guests are able to relax on sun loungers.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
