Se encuentra a unos 2 km del casco antiguo, donde encontrarás varios bares, tiendas y restaurantes. El hotel también está idealmente ubicado a 1800 m de dos playas: la playa de Villananitos (Mar Menor) y la playa del Mojón (Mar Mediterráneo). El aeropuerto de San Javier está a unos 15 km. Construido en 2007, este hotel urbano, totalmente climatizado, cuenta con un total de 210 habitaciones, cuatro de ellas adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida.
