Description

This family-friendly eco-hotel is located in a rustic setting amidst the untouched nature of the northeast of Sao Miguel Island. It is wonderfully situated and affords outstanding views out over the sea and the exclusive Serra da Tronqueira. Enchanting beaches and glorious hiking trails can be found in the surrounding area. The centre of Vila do Nordeste can be reached in around 1 minute on foot, it is about 10 km from da Ponta da Madrugada viewpoint, and Vila Franca do Campo lies some 50 km from the hotel. The hotel consists of a main building with 3 floors and 2 annexe blocks. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, and lift access.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
