This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue where guests can find a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi. This is a friendly, quiet and basic apartment complex. It consists of 46 units, a reception, bar and leisure/billiard area. This complex also features free wifi inside the apartments and free parking for the guests. Further facilities include a hotel safe. All apartments are one-bedroom units and are well-appointed and adequately equipped, so guests will lack nothing. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
