O hotel situa-se junto ao mar, apenas a cerca de 25 m da Praia de Ris em Noja. Ao lado do hotel encontra-se um bonito caminho que atravessa o pinhal entre as falésias que unem as duas praias em Noja. Ao percorrer este caminho os hóspedes encontrarão vários riachos e pequenas baías. O hotel balnear situa-se numa área ajardinada e conta com um total de 40 quartos. As facilidades incluem: hall de entrada com recepção em serviço sob 24 h, elevador, café, restaurante, lounge, serviços de quartos e de lavandaria, bem como parque de estacionamento. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
