A cidade velha de Albufeira, outras praias como a Praia de Santa Eulália ou a Praia dos Pescadores e vários campos de golfe excelentes estão a curta distância. O Aeroporto Internacional de Faro fica a cerca de 40 km. Esta propriedade foi renovada em 2010, elevando um edifício de 5 andares com 15 unidades. Cada apartamento está equipado com televisão por satélite, telefone, cofre, kitchenette, secador de cabelo e produtos de banho.
