The hotel has no reception or staff within the building. You´re given a code of 4 numbers and a symbol by telephone or by email for the main door and your room when you book, and staff are on hand in the Dalt Murada (via an automatic phone line) to deal with any problems. The hotel has no lift and does not offer breakfast service. Rooms are small and basic with traditional furnishings, all spotessly clean. All rooms are cleaned daily and have a small Jacuzzy. Rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel ca sa padrina is a boutique hotel located in the centre of Palma. It is within walking distance of all the best designer shops and the historic sites of Palma´s old town, the cathedral, the Almudaina Palace and other historic buildings are only a few minutes from the hotel. All rooms have air-conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV hot tub and one has a private terrace.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
