Description

About 50 m from a public sandy beach lies the 3 star hotel Hotel Univers - Roses. The nearest bars and restaurants can be found at a distance of around 100 m. The old town is only around 100 m away. The nearest shops you can reach within around 200 m, a supermarket is around 250 m away. There is a 24h shuttle service between the hotel and the airport (for a fee) 24h a day. The beach is awarded a blue flag. Near the beach there is a promenade where you can go for a stroll. The seasonally air-conditioned, GPS-verified hotel is equipped with a 24h reception, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, internet access, 2 lifts, showers and changing rooms, a first aid kit, parking spaces (limited and for a fee) as well as a TV lounge with satellite TV. In the outdoor area you will find a garden as well as a pool that is open seasonally, where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for free. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
