The building is conditioned to any public, adapted to eliminate architectural barriers and a commitment is made with the environment, with a significant improvement of the building energy efficiency. The hostel has common areas where guests can talk and share experiences among them. At Urban Hostel Mallorca we offer fully refurbished rooms and shared bathrooms. All rooms have bunk beds, a wardrobe and a shared bathroom. Guests have access to lockers and locks and towels are available for hire and require a deposit. There is a shared kitchen at the property. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
