This quiet and tranquil apartment complex enjoys a central location only a few metres from the beach and the village centre, where there are various restaurants, shops and night-time entertainment venues. Urbania Club is a simple complex of apartments near to the centre of Playa de las Americas. There are 27 blocks of 3 apartments, all on 1 floor. The apartments are basic with no frills. In addition to a bathroom with a bath, the apartments feature a small kitchen, fridge, safe for hire and terrace. Guests can enjoy the pool and sun terrace.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
