VILLA PEDRA was born on a slope of Serra de Sicó, right in the center of Portugal, in the ancient Aldeia de Cima, which had been abandoned for over seventy years. In love with its unique beauty, the owners decided to bring it back to life. The project made by the Architect respected the spirit of the region and the traditional construction techniques, preserving the ecological, aesthetic basis, thereby ensuring absolute comfort throughout the year. The Villa has as primordial pillars the well-being, peacefulness, quality and authenticity. Here, you will find serenity and time for reflection, and the supreme privilege of doing nothing.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
