The complex is situated some 100m from the beach Playa Jardín and is surrounded by wide avenues with restaurants, shops and bars; it is very near to the main bus station and also not far from the famous Loro Parque. Is a complex of 329 apartments in the tourist zone of Puerto de la Cruz. It offers ample gardens, 24hr reception, buffet-restaurant and bar. The studios offer views of Teide, the sea and the street. The offer two beds, a sofa-bed, full bathroom, kitchen, TV, direct line telephone and safety deposit box (with additional charge). There are 3 swimming pools, one on the ground floor, and the other two on the 6th floor. Also available is the tennis court, mini-golf, table tennis, children's play area and solarium.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
