This bungalow complex is centrally located in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, just a short walk from the beach and about ten minutes from the town center. Nearby, you'll find a shopping area with shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Surrounded by nature, the complex offers guests a warm and inviting atmosphere. Renovated in 2003, the complex features 32 bungalows, a garden, and a terrace, providing a relaxing and pleasant environment. Guests can enjoy two heated swimming pools (one for children and one for adults) and a reception hall for information and assistance. Nighttime security is also provided. The bungalows, apartments, and suites each have an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct-dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchen with a fridge, a double bed, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe for rent, and a private balcony or terrace. For those interested in golfing, a course is located 30 km away.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
