This rather simple apartment complex is about 4 km from the sandy beach. Plenty of shops as well as nightclubs, restaurants and bars are located in the centre which is only 5 minutes away, as are links to the public transport network. This apartment complex was built in 1986, renovated in 2004 and consists of 2 floors with a total of 100 apartments. The reception is occupied 24-hours and there is also a safe for guests' valuables and a currency exchange counter. A bar, a small supermarket, a car and a restaurant are also on offer. Room service is also available. The functional apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom and an en suite bathroom. Additional facilities include a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge and a safe. Guests may take advantage of the freshwater swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades as well as the solarium. There is a golf course 4 km away.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
