Links to the public transport network as well as a taxi stand are 200 m away. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are 60 km from the hotel. Renovated in the year 2000, this familial hotel comprises a total of 4 floors with 36 double rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter, an air-conditioned dining room, a café and a TV room. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
