Nestled in the heart of Maspalomas' iconic Palmeral, Villa Eden sits near the lagoon and the famed sand dunes. Just a short walk from Meloneras, by the Maspalomas lighthouse, guests will find an array of restaurants, bars, and exclusive shops. This aparthotel boasts a reception area, a tranquil garden with hammocks and Balinese daybeds, a swimming pool, and two naturist solariums. The charming two-story building houses apartments, each featuring a living/dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. All apartments include fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, ovens, and refrigerators. Ground floor apartments offer outdoor seating areas by the pool, while upper-level apartments have terraces overlooking the garden and pool. Free Wi-Fi is available in select areas. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
