This attractive apartment complex is situated within 1 km of the centre of Playa de las Americas and 2 km from Los Cristianos, which offers plenty of shopping and entertainment attractions. It is just 1.5 km to the stunning sandy beach. The apartment complex consists of 3 floors with a total 116 apartments. Facilities on the complex include a pool and garden area, a TV room, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and a public Internet terminal (additional fees apply). As an additional service the complex offers a laundry with an extra charge. Younger guests may let off steam in the children's playground. The tasteful apartments include a bathroom with a hairdryer, an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a telephone, a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, air conditioning, a TV and a safe for hire, and a balcony or a terrace. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
