Este apartahotel está ubicado muy cerca del centro de la playa. Tiene una parada de transporte público junto al hotel y el aeropuerto se encuentra a cuatro kilómetros. El centro de la ciudad y el campo de golf más cercano se encuentra a 10 kilómetros del hotel. Este hotel, restaurado en el 2000, tiene tres plantas en las que se reparten un total de 6 apartamentos. En el aspecto gastronómico, el huésped podrá disfrutar de un bar y de un restaurante climatizado. También le ofrece servicio de habitaciones. Los apartamentos, decorados y amueblados de manera práctica, cuentan con un salón-dormitorio, un dormitorio separado, un baño, una kitchenette, minibar-nevera, aire acondicionado, calefacción central y balcón.

Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
