The apartment hotel is situated in close proximity to the beach. The airport is 4 km away and links to the public transport network at very close at hand. The nearest golf course and the town centre are 10 km away. Renovated in 2000, the air-conditioned hotel features 6 apartments spread over 3 floors. Room service, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant are all on offer. The functional apartments come with a bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom, a minibar/ fridge, a kitchenette, a balcony, centrally regulated air conditioning, central heating and a separate bedroom.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
